If you submitted a name, phone number, address, or other contact detail through a form on this site ("Suggest an aid point" or "Suggest a post") and want it deleted, here's how.

What you can ask us to delete

Any contact detail (email or phone) or personal information you submitted through a site form. The site doesn't create public user accounts, so there's no profile to delete — just the specific data you sent in.

How to request it

Since the site has no public login, we can't verify your identity automatically — a moderator reviews each request by hand. Reach us on Instagram or open a GitHub issue (links in every page's footer) and include:

What you submitted (e.g. the aid point's name, or the link of the suggested post).
Roughly when you submitted it.
The contact detail you want deleted, so we can locate it.

What happens next, and how long it takes

We'll confirm the deletion within 30 days at most. If the data was already part of an approved, public aid point or post, we'll remove the associated contact detail — the already-verified public content (e.g. that a collection point exists) may stay up if it's still of public interest, with no personal data of yours attached to it.

Requests are handled under Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012 (Personal Data Protection Law / Habeas Data).
